ALERT!  Many of you are forgetting to rename your images before uploading to your page!

I noticed that some of your images have names like  photo85 jpg. If you don't give it a more unusual name like "Oliver's abstract art", or " Emma's memory", it gets bumped around and may end up on someone else's page. Some folks have pictures with the same number and that's confusing to the computer! Rename your pictures and upload them again for safety. Pass this news around because others have made the same mistake and are finding that their images disappear from their page or turn up on someone else's page!

Welcome to Mrs. Berry-Palm's Wiki Space!

This is a place where you will be able to find out more about some of the things

that happen in art class. Eventually some of us will be able to share with each other electronically.

This is the place where you create your own wiki page! How do you do that?

Your wiki page will be located in the appropriate class folder

in the "Navigator" window to the right.  Go to your page and log in using your user name

and password. Think of your wiki page as an online version of your art journal.

You can't draw in it, but you'll use it in lots of other ways!

Here are a few ways you might use your wiki space:

document your artwork by photographing it with your laptop

reflect on your own artwork, and make thoughtful comments on classmates' artwork

follow links to online art-making tools

upload images to use as inspiration for an art project

show off your artwork to friends and family when you aren't in school

     get great Ideas!

see what other students are doing in your art class.

check out links to art sites.Free Time Fun Links

put your own art work onlin and see what others think about it.

How to Upload a photo:

In Photo Booth:

>File

>Reveal in finder

>Single click on filename

>Type new filename

On wiki page (make sure you are logged in):

>Edit mode on your own page

I, Drey, feel that these pictures have a very important meaning...
